Takashi Kirihara
Born in Tokyo, 1977. After graduating from university, he lived as a salaryman in Japan, but in 2006 he moved to the Philippines to study abroad and joined the Philippine subsidiary of a major British office leasing company. He spent six years as a customer service center manager in North Asia. Since 2014, he has been working as a general contact for Japanese at DMCI Homes, a major Philippine developer (real estate development company). He has sold over 1000 units across the Japanese team so far and was awarded Best Salesman in 2017 and 2018 by DMCI Homes. He won the Best Sales Manager Award for 2019, marking 20 years in a row.
